Kind Words
“Centering myself and staying calm when a lot is going on helps me be my best self for my class. I also loved when Aria sang. The souvenirs and flowers meant a lot, and the kids kept them close.”
~ Ms. Quintana, Elementary School Teacher
“When I was reading TEOM in the car with my parents, I practiced some of the calming practices — and I still do.”
~ Jovana, 2nd Grader
“We have a new puppy, and I’m scared of him because he bites. I do Belly Breathing and Hummingbird Breaths, and that helps calm me down.”
~ Aiden, 2nd Grader
